Terms of Service

Welcome to StayTama (staytama Premium Residences). By using our booking portal, reservations systems, or checking into any of our rental suites, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings made online are subject to verification and suite availability. To complete a reservation:
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued ID during check-in.
- A valid payment method is required to secure bookings. Full charges will be billed according to the specific rate selected.
- A security deposit may be requested at check-in to cover incidental charges or damages.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policies depend on the rate package selected during booking:
- Cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the accommodation fee, excluding payment processing fees.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms must be cancelled or modified directly through the respective booking site.
- Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the platform.
- We recommend reviewing the applicable policy carefully before completing your reservation and contacting the booking platform directly for any assistance.
3. Suite Occupancy and House Rules
To ensure a comfortable environment for all residents, guests must follow these house rules:
- Smoking Policy: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the suites. Violations will result in a cleaning/deodorizing fee of IDR 2,000,000.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. Parties, loud music, and social gatherings exceeding room capacity are prohibited.
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of overnight guests must match the reservation details and not exceed the suite limit.
4. Property Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for keeping the suite and its contents in good condition. Any damages, missing items, or deep cleaning required due to guest negligence will be billed directly to the guest's card on file or deducted from the security deposit.
5. Personal Belongings
StayTama is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the suites or public areas. In-room electronic safes are provided for your valuable belongings.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be settled in courts of competent jurisdiction in Jakarta, Indonesia.
