Currently, our premium units are situated in highly desirable, prime locations. In Jakarta, they are primarily in South Jakarta near major business hubs (like Arumaya Residences). In Bali, they are located in prime locations like Seminyak and Uluwatu.

Select your desired dates and number of guests on our home page search panel, browse the available properties, choose your preferred suite, click 'Book Now', fill in your details, and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email instantly.
Cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the accommodation fee, excluding payment processing fees. Bookings made through third-party platforms must be cancelled or modified directly through the respective booking site. Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the platform. We recommend reviewing the applicable policy carefully before completing your reservation and contacting the booking platform directly for any assistance.
A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential incidental damages. It is fully refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days after a successful checkout inspection of the unit.
Yes, date modifications can be requested through our support line or by checking your reservation details page. Adjustments are subject to availability and any seasonal rate differences.
Standard check-in time starts at 2:00 PM (14:00) and check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). This allows our housekeeping team sufficient time to sanitize and prepare the unit to our premium standards.
We offer a seamless, contact-free digital check-in. On the morning of your arrival, once your verification is complete, we will send you keycodes or digital access instructions via WhatsApp and Email. You can walk straight to your unit and unlock the smart door lock.
Yes, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and might incur a minor additional fee. Please request this at least 24 hours in advance so our operations team can block scheduling if possible.

Pet policies vary by property depending on building regulations. Some units are pet-friendly, while others maintain strict no-pet rules. Please filter for 'Pet Friendly' rooms during search or verify with our support team prior to booking.
All StayTama units are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas or balconies where clearly marked. Violations will result in a deep-cleaning fee of IDR 2,000,000.
Yes, secure parking is available at all of our property locations. Depending on the building and reservation rate, parking may be complimentary or subject to standard building rates. Please consult your room booking guidelines.
